Organizations managing marketing operations across multiple clients often rely on several independent systems to execute campaigns, manage contacts, retrieve performance data and prepare reports.
As the number of clients, users and connected platforms grows, the operational problem becomes more complex. Campaign information may exist in one platform while marketing automation data lives in another. Employees should only access assigned clients, managers need broader operational visibility, and administrators need control across the environment.
Routine reporting can consequently require teams to move between multiple systems, manually synchronize information and maintain separate access arrangements for different users and client accounts.
The requirement for this project therefore went beyond building another reporting dashboard. The organization needed a centralized operational layer capable of managing users and clients, enforcing role-based visibility, synchronizing external campaign and marketing data, and presenting structured reporting through one application.
Digital Bevy designed and developed a custom multi-client marketing operations platform that acts as a centralized layer across users, clients, campaigns and connected marketing systems.
The application uses a hierarchical access model supporting different operational responsibilities, from system administrators and managers to employees working with assigned client accounts. Client assignments determine which information users can access, while role-based controls govern the actions available to them.
Purpose-built integrations synchronize campaign and marketing automation data into the platform, allowing relevant operational information to be reviewed without requiring routine users to work directly across multiple vendor interfaces.
Reporting, client management, notifications, activity visibility and administrative configuration are brought into the same controlled environment, creating a more consistent operating layer across otherwise separate marketing technologies.
